What ho a new year already?

Well hello,

It's the dawn of yet another year and isn't Cape Town a great place to spend it. I'm totally a local now - that's what they'll tell you - who are 'they'? We'll I'm not sure but they do some to know an awful lot about...just about anything I suppose...

My loyal readers (both of them) will be pleased to hear that I have decided that 2011 is the year of the blog and that like a caterpillar I am ready to reinvent myself as a majestic pixie or whatever it is they become, I was never any good at biology. If Sookie from True Blood can be a fairy in a world with werepanthers then who are you to deny me the opportunity to be a pixie/superhero/something awesome and ridiculously good looking?
